Smart and engaging with nice pixel style graphics and a mesmerising soundtrack. I felt like i was lost in some kind of outer space meditation and occasionally getting blown up along the way :). Interesting little game with a good learning curve for the resource management. I've throughly enjoyed the few hours I've put into it so far - happy to recommend.. Too little to do, fun concept, seems too limited. Takes a long time to get rep compared to how quickly you max out stats, eventually ships are doing absurd damge for reasons i dont understand, i got hit for 760 damage once which is more than the max possible HP.. Depending on the encounter, your stats and your desiscion, you will get a result and move on to the next encounter..All the while trying to maintain power, keep your shields up, accumulate a crew and create relations with the 4 factions of the game (which i'm just not gonna get into, im just not..hehe)So I don't want to spoil this solid lil game, my gripe is that as the runs piled up it became more of a puzzle game, where the right thing to do became more and more apparent & you just begin solving the puzzle instead of navigating a unique experience... that might work for you, but I don't like puzzle games ( here I created a problem and my solution, now figure out my solution.. no thanx..). I will say they hide it well..you can certainly wait this one out for a discount on that $5, but if your still interested, you should definitely give it a run or 20.. PEACE=]. It is a good example for my classroom, in using programming blocks, to initialize variables, and follow the data depending on changes we chose or choices we made, and faction relationships. A simple game, but a good example of a game that participation of a group worked well.Finished the game with all achievements. A good beginner project. Well done.. I'm sad to say that this game has pretty much no replay value at all.The encounters are super simple and barely change in what they accomplish.It's simply a matter of juggling your two resources and once you know what actions produce what for an encounter, after that there isn't really anything to it bar the occasional rare and cryptic encounter.Wanted to like it, but seen everything it had to offer in less than an hour..
